Senior Electronic Field Service Engineer – (Photolithography)

Must have a degree in Electronics or Mechatronic Electrical eng. / electro-optic eng. / physics / mechanical eng.

Dublin and 30% travel international

This role is based in Dublin with plants around the world. You will be mostly based in Dublin.

Job Summary:

This role involves installing and sustaining the latest generation of immersion photolithography tools that are used to manufacture the worlds most advanced microprocessors. Typical support includes successfully performing system installations, standard system set-ups, repair of machine downs and performing comprehensive analysis of system performance.

You will be fully trained on these machines.

Safety and customer service is of key importance when working on these sites and you will be trained in all courses required, to make sure work in carried out at a responsible, safe and efficient manner

Skills Required:

Must be degree qualified: Pref Electronic or Mechatronics’
At least 3 years + experience as an Electronic / Maintenance engineer
Full clean Driving licence
Good understanding of Circuit board, Data Analysing, Software
Equipment Maintenance and Process Engineering Technician with emphasis on photolithography an Advantage

Main Duties:

And you will be fully trained in the below

•Troubleshoot complex system problems using strong problem solving techniques.
•Install Company systems in customer facilities, executing standard install tests, meeting overall installation schedule and ensuring that system performance meets specification.
•Execute complex system repairs in a quality manner and timely fashion.
•Perform maintenance support to customer to ensure that The Company performance meets required specification.
•Utilize e-diagnostics or software tools for analysis and reporting
•Develop and proliferate best-known-methods (BKMs).
