Permanent role based in Dublin.

Job Summary:

Drive Improvement mind-set change through use of Tools, Systems and Behaviours.
A deep understanding and experience of problem solving and can train and coach people through 8 step Root cause analysis.

Main Duties:

•Drive CI behaviours and mind-sets – coach teams on use of CI tools to drive
self-sufficiency in each area
•Implement CI systems and process to embed CI way of working – Visual management,
5S , Standard problem solving
•Driving technical CI projects – OEE improvement,yield improvement,improvement,
Waste elimination
•Technical ability and curiosity - Comfortable in technical problems and
willingness and ability to drive root cause and fix the problem once

Technical skills

•Problem solving – leading problem solving activities under pressure – driving

and changing thinking around optimising flow.
•Visual Management – Implementing Visual management as a tool to drive
improvement
•OEE - Executing projects to improve OEE
•Technical ability and curiosity - Comfortable in technical problems and
willingness and ability to drive root cause and fix the problem once.

Qualifications/Experience:

Third level qualification in a Scientific or Engineering discipline.

Minimum Lean/Six Sigma Black belt certification

Has worked in either pharmaceutical, Medical Devices or Food sector

At least 5 years’ experience driving change through Continuous Improvement/ Operational excellence
